You can request a return within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered. Return shipping is free. We charge no restocking fee.

Use our contact form to tell us that you want to return an item or withdraw from your purchase. Including your order number helps us find your order. We send return instructions and the return address directly.
Cancellations and refunds
You can request cancellation until the relevant item is fulfilled. For questions about the status of a return or refund, contact us through the contact form above.
Your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected. Contacting us to arrange return shipping does not replace or restrict a statutory withdrawal notice.

Stornierung und Erstattung
Eine Stornierung kann angefragt werden, solange der betreffende Artikel noch nicht als ausgeführt markiert ist. Für Fragen zum Status einer Rückgabe oder Erstattung erreichen Sie uns über das oben genannte Kontaktformular.

After you request a return, we provide a free return shipping label by email for you to download and print. Direct exchanges are not offered. To choose another size or colour, request a return for a refund and place a new order.

Nach Ihrer Rückgabeanfrage erhalten Sie per E-Mail ein kostenloses Rücksendeetikett zum Herunterladen und Ausdrucken. Einen direkten Umtausch bieten wir nicht an. Für eine andere Größe oder Farbe fragen Sie eine Rückgabe mit Erstattung an und bestellen neu.
